Intense pelvic pain??

I'm 36w4d, and for the past two days I've had intense pelvic pressure, cramping, and lower back pain with some lightning crotch. It actually hurts to walk. Went to see my doctor today, but I'm not dilated at all and my cervix is still posterior. Anyone else experiencing this? My elective induction isn't scheduled until Aug. 24, and I'm not sure how I can tolerate the discomfort/pain for another 2.5 weeks. Any tips on relieving the pain/pressure?

the only thing that helped me was tynadol muscle reliever , a hot bag , or the best one for me was a HOT BATH I had a cerclage so I wasn't allowed water inside or close to my cervix but I would put a small stool in the tub and keep putting water on me and it always helped!!

Same pains I’m feeling ,I can’t sleep not lie down I wish I could just give birth now and be free 😭😭

I shift my position prior to standing/walking, try to move baby, do cat/come yoga pose at night,  and do some trans abdominal exercises my PT gave me and that ALL helps with lightning crotch and pressure. Kiddo was pressing hard that I was having nerve issues in my left foot. 🙄

You can try some prenatal yoga to reposition baby. Maybe he/she is in a bad spot
