Get bloods drawn ASAP. You may need progesterone to keep you being pregnant once you get pregnant. Also use another brand to make sure it isn’t a indent as there isn’t much colour to them

So I would say you can go get a bloody test for ease of mind and as stated inform them of your chemicals, they may give you progesterone. 
That all said, I personally only test in the late afternoons cause for whatever reasons my AM tests tend to show negative early on and positive at PM.
