My last period started July 9th, how is it possible to get a positive test this early. Glow is saying I’m 3 weeks anyone else had a positive pregnant test at 3weeks?

Update: I think I lost it.

I stopped getting positive tests. Went to the Dr today and also negative urine test. I had labs and will know the results tomorrow. I am so sad. I don’t want to try anymore. I was dreaming last night about my appointment today and in my dream they were saying it’s a negative you’re not pregnant and that’s what happened at my appointment.
