Hemorrhage or no?

11w4d Woke up this morning to bleeding and several large clots (like golf ball sized but flat) so even though my on call nurse said as long as i don’t fill a pad every hour with blood i should be ok, i still went to the ER. Baby was ok and Dr has no idea what it was. I’m glad everything is well but i wish i knew what happened. She didn’t see a sign of a hemorrhage but i had read a few people have that. Worried still for the future. This pregnancy has already been so stressful with things happening i am just ready for baby to be here 🙏🏼💕😔
