Am I about to ovulate?

I normally have a 28 day cycle so I normally ovulate CD 12 - CD 15 but this cycle I’m having a late ovulation. I know I haven’t ovulated yet! I know this is a negative ovulation test! But should I baby dance tonight and tomorrow too? I was having watery cm and then EWCM now I’m having slippery/creamy cm.
