Iui only / no intercourse

So my husband is almost 43. He can’t seem to perform when needed / dr told us to try on our own day of trigger / today. And the evening of the iui which will be Tuesday. He couldn’t perform tonight :/. Same thing happened last cycle. So my only chance will be the iui.

Anyone else deal with this or so iui only/ no intercourse along with it ? Did you have success ? I’m so defeated. This is second cycle with letrazole. If this doesn’t work. Only one more chance on letrazole. I can’t afford injectables. Or ivf. Clomid didn’t work.
