Hi everyone I am currently on my third day of menopur and pre booked in for egg collection on 18th august depending on how I react to treatment. I am 28 with no issues, my husband has azoospermia so will have surgical sperm retrieval on the same day as my egg collection.

He had sperm retrieved before and has 3 frozen vials.. however they felt it was better to have it fresh on the day

This is what I’m most nervous about is not getting any sperm on the day or not fertilising many eggs.. have anyone any success stories?
