Resting heart rate decreasing on fitbit

I’ve had two losses this year and i’m worried that my resting heart rate decreasing means i’m going to miscarry. my highest was 80 and today it went to 72. I woke up today not feel intense nausea like i had this past 1/2 week. I don’t have my US appointment till next week😞
