Is a moderate backache normal?

I’ve had a mild to moderate backache off and on the last few days. This evening was pretty intense and was mainly on my right side lower back. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? It reminds me of the feeling I had before a MC back in 2019. But luckily I don’t have any spotting going on. 5 weeks and 2 days.

I have had a lot of lower back and sciatica pain pretty much since I found out I was pregnant this time. I have found going to the chiropractor to be very helpful. Back pain is pretty common in pregnancy but i understand the second guessing of every ache and pain when you have had previous losses. Try not to overthink it too much. If you can try to ice it for 20 min on and 20 off to see if that offers some relief. Good luck.

I just had extreme back pain to the point I couldn’t stand and had to sit in bed all day. No spotting, nothing and next day I was completely fine and back to normal! I think you’re fine♥️♥️
