Has anyone ever had HCG and Progesterone injections to prevent miscarriage?

So I have been prescribed weekly HCG injections and daily progesterone injections. Has anyone ever had this before and had a successful pregnancy? Quite worried since my HCG at 4 weeks 5 days is only around 325. Any input is much appreciated 🙏🙏
