So my daughters father text me about our daughter, the screenshots is our convo. 
I told my bf that he had asked to come for the birthday and he immediately started to pick and accuse me of lying to him about me my daughters father relationship… saying it’s more to it than what I’m telling him. He then ask to see my phone, sees these messages and flip and says I’m a liar, I disrespected him and starts yelling and screaming. 
He said because 1. I texted him when he wasn’t around. 2. I told him (my bf) I wasn’t sure of the date but told the day a possible date…
Am I tripping or is this OD?

Yeah, no, your boyfriend sounds like an immature asshole. There was nothing inappropriate in those texts. I’m a stepmom & in the first couple of years of my relationship with my husband I definitely had times where I felt insecure or like his ex had over stepped a boundary but I never screamed at my husband or cursed him out or accused him of anything. I have never looked at his text messages or emails & I worked through a lot of my insecurities in therapy. Is your boyfriend usually a jealous person, does he scream at you about other things? If so it sounds like a good time to break up.
