What would you do?
I’ve been on a diet for awhile now & finally made it into the 160s. Well unfortunately this week my significant other & I is having financial problems until Friday & I’ve completely ran out of healthy things to eat. Everything else is chicken nuggets, Mac & cheese etc for my kids. Would you just cave in & eat whatever until Friday or do my best with what I have for the kids. I literally have nothing healthy & it’s stressing me out.
