So I have a couple days before my period started a couple of days ago I started feeling an aching pain in my lower left abdomen farther to vagina like the discomfort is sitting on top of my vagina damn near just below my stomach. I got a pelvic exam and vaginal X-ray exam that showed nothing. I am still feeling the discomfort along side lower back pain. Not sure what is causing it I will schedule an appointment with my Obgyn, can anyone describe ovarian cyst pain???
