Bottle flow question

My son has only taken a bottle 3x. He is almost 14 weeks. I go back to work next week.

His pediatrician recommended trying a faster flow nipple because I have a fast let down. Just wondering others experience with this. My daughter only ever used slow flow nipples - we never moved up and it didn’t seem to matter.

The only times he has taken a bottle it was a fast flow nipple but I was away from him for 4 and 6 hours so I am sure he actually was hungry. Not sure how much the nipple flow mattered 🤷🏼‍♀️
