Menstrual cup method to conceive?

Hi ladies! So I lost my baby on June 3rd to a neural tube defect. I got my period back on July 11th. I tracked my ovulation and got a peak on CD 18. We didn't really try to get pregnant but we did baby dance during my fertile window. I tested too early and got bad indents on FRER twice! I just started my period today and hubby and I decided this will be the month that we actively try. I was researching different methods to try and conceive and came across the softcup or menstrual cup method. I have a diva cup that I use during my period and I'm very interested in using it when we try this cycle. Has anyone ever heard of this or fries it out? )If not I'll be happy to explain what I plan on doing)
