It’s been over 5-6 hours now and my back still hurts 😩 I do have a messed up disc, but on the right side. I’m currently dealing with super low back pain and toward the left side especially. Almost like I pulled something? It hurts to move, roll over, stand etc . (Only feels “good” to actually bend over and stretch it out almost)

But this is where I’m having an issue, everytime my back hurts, the front of my thighs hurt too! I’m used to that. But this back pain is almost radiating to the front per say. I almost feel like the front of my hips ache a little and also near my right ovary? In my abdomen right there.

Anyone have this happen before ? 😭
