It depends on the context. 
If people are conflating the two, and being transphobic, yes. 
If it’s just someone talking about their child’s gender reveal or whatever, eh not really. I just don’t have the bandwidth to care all that much.

Well, they're two different things. Sex is biological. There are two options (usually). It is what it is. Gender is more of a spectrum and how one feels and identifies. So, technically, a "gender reveal" should be a "sex reveal", but that sounds odd. You can know the sex of your baby, but you won't really know their gender.

Gender...sex... whatever.  Boy or girl. You can like boys or girls but you can’t physically be both. Your born biologically with one and your stuck with one. Just find a way to be at peace with yourself. And if you haven’t well then someone has failed you extremely...
