Setting app for IVF

How do I use this app during <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? It’s only got the options of track cycle , get pregnant, & pregnant. According to the schedule my clinic gave me today is cycle day 0 & tomorrow cycle day 1 , tomorrow being first day of STIMS . But not on my period ….so can’t really say started period to make it set to cycle day 1 lol.
