I’m almost 28 weeks with my first and I’m constantly leaking. I know they make “shells” that catch leakage without expressing it but I don’t think I leak a ton during the day.

If I gently press on my chest at all it starts flowing. I’ve heard that hand expressing once or twice a day is totally safe but I’ve yet to ask my OB. It’s also likely I will deliver early due to VCI.

I want to express some colostrum, but I also don’t want to put my baby at risk, opinions??💕
