Waited 2 long 2 check 😖

So I got this feeling I might be pregnant and used the only test I had at home. Then I got pulled into a meeting (I work remote) and totally forgot to go back and check. Well, two hours later I went and looked and saw this… do we think this is a real positive?! Going to double check with another test if I have time to hit the store later
