Do you have PPP (postpartum psychosis) or know someone who has experienced it?

Shortly after my son was born, I experienced postpartum psychosis. Wondering if any others here can relate.

I have had mental health problems always but psychosis increased intensity after having my son. Thankfully my family recognized it and I’m okay now but it was very traumatic.

When I had my son I started to think I was having it. I had gotten a collective 6-7 hours of sleep in a span of about 9 days. I was exhausted but also terribly overstimulated at the same time. i hit a wall and started crying to my husband that I was going to die because I couldn’t sleep.

Yes but mine was very mild thankfully. I definitely had post partum anxiety and post partum depression too.
