when does everybody typically announce their pregnancy to family/on social media?
i’ve been dying to tell my family but i’m just so scared that anything could happen and i don’t want to tell them, then have to tell them “hey, never mind…” so i’m also trying to wait! i know it’s my anxiety getting the best of me. 
so when did everyone announce their pregnancy on social media etc?

I told my family immediately and I told social media around nine weeks after we had seen the heartbeat and all that stuff

We have always told family immediately and announced on social media the next day. Our social media only has family and close friends.

Won’t be announcing on social media. 
Told my parents as soon as I could. I would have told them as soon as I did my pregnancy test after IVf but I had Covid. So I had to wait till I was well, few weeks later. Told close friends also around 7 weeks. 
Haven’t told other set of parents or siblings or wider family as of yet, will do that after 12 weeks.
