what are these dawg. i used a new chapstick like a few days ago that i may have been allergic to but my lips have been SO dry and i developed these fuckin sores like what. does anyone know. i def don’t think they’re cold sores bc they’re not like growing bigger than this or rupturing. help me pls i beg
