So i just had my nexplanon removed about a month and a half ago and was concerned about my AF not returning, not ovulating ETC.. i had nexplanon for 5 years and did not have AF the entire time. i spoke over the phone with my gynecologist who said she wouldnt be concerned about it until up to 5 months after removal because the meds are slowly working their way out of your body and different bodies take different times. She suggested if my AF had not returned after 5 months she would be concerned enough to schedule an appointment. I wanted to put this out because while it will be different for us all. I see a lot of women on here ttc baby number 1 after nexplanon removal just like me and we’re all worried. I hope this helps and good luck!♥️
