Please tell me you don't see anything or if you do it's an indent... I have a 3 month old and I have the IUD 🤞🏻

I didn't get my period back with my first u til 10 months but this time I got the IUD at 6 weeks and I have had irregular spotting ever since (like I did at the beginning of my pregnancy) I have a 3 month old boy and we were not planning on another until after our wedding next summer. I've also been feeling "off" and nauseous even after I eat. So I took a test.
