Insomnia at 6 weeks!?
Night number three in a row, ZERO SLEEP.
I was trying Unisom, but the nurse said I could try one Tylenol PM, but that didn’t work either. I did meditation. I did stretching. I did a second Tylenol PM eventually. My body is so tired.. but I never actually slept. What is going on, how can I be awake for three days ????
