I don’t personally use them but I did buy some for my 12-year-old daughter specifically for leaks while sleeping and also days where she thinks she might start her period or if she’s really heavy as backup....she loves them but is a little uneasy about using them without a pad. I Also got her some period swim shorts which have been a lifesaver this summer since she’s not ready for tampons yet.

I use a menstrual cup and period underwear. I love them! I hate how pads feel and I love that they're reusable
