I have a yeast infection right now and I was showering just a moment ago and notice a pimple maybe down their ? And it popped white stuff and a little blood came out just like a pimple and is kinda hard like a pimple would be when u pop it , and I’m just wondering what it may be?

Sorry I was going to shave today and seen this and totally confused so I just relaxed in the tub
