Question about NST?!

Does everyone get an NST done or only high risk? 
Im confused i see everyone getting one done but i havent gotten one

Theyae not needed in normal pregnancy before due date.
If not high risk, they do it:
*If you are overdue, they check on baby with it.
*If you feel reduced movements, trey do it.
*And they do it in labor.

I’m getting it because I had covid in early pregnancy and they are just part of the protocol for that now. However in 2020 with my first I never had one until I was getting induced

I did it once with my first who was breach and I had mildly elevated AFP. I have mildly elevated AFP this pregnancy too and will need at least one.

Only if you or doctor feel it’s needed. They will do one if you feel movement has slowed down or you’re worried about something else . I’m high risk this pregnancy and they want me to get one done weekly to monitor things as I get to the end of my pregnancy.
