Nauseous and no appetite

Entering 8th weeks tomorrow and all of a sudden I have no appetite for anything. Feeling extremely nauseous but not vomiting. I had big appetite with occasional nausea for the last 7 weeks, and I was constantly eating everything. Is anyone going through this or is it just me?
