Sounds dumb but am I out???

I put the flower where I ahd my peak which I know isn't exactly ovulation but period tracker didn't have a button for peak opk🤦‍♀️ and where I got the peak was actually a week later than when my app said I was supposed to be fertile....does this mean I'm out I tested today and came up negative and had cramp almost like constipation for like 30 mins today and then fine after I laid down.....any possibility I would still get a bfp??? I know ovulation is 6 to 12 days could the mild cramping I felt today be that?
