Weird feelimg

So I was just laying in bed with my daughter looking at old pictures on my phone relaxing. Then got a weird feeling in my chest. It doesn’t hurt or burn. Just feels weird. Very hard to describe. Body also feels weird and I can’t stop twitching my feet and legs. This has happened before and I’m not sure what’s going on and don’t really know how to explain it to the dr. Feel slightly short of breathe. My oxygen level is fine. I do suffer from anxiety but don’t always feel anxious when these “attacks” happen. I’m also really sleepy so maybe it’s just exhaustion but it’s really uncomfortable and makes me feel weird. 😩
