Mobile/manufacturerd homes
If you live in one, better yet a mobile home community, what are the pros and cons? Looking into possibly buying one but I’m not very familiar with them except for that they’re typically raised off the ground, you usually have a single file car port, and most of the time you’re leasing/renting the land space in the community on top of your house payment
