Period blood or implantation bleeding?

I’m not sure if my husband has precum when we had sex weeks ago and my period just came (after 4 days late).
A lot of pms symptoms similar to implantation bleeding. How do I know if it’s period blood or implantation?
I used hpt to test for past few days and they are all negative. #advicepls

Sounds like your period. Implantation bleeding is extremely rare.

If your period is late, but now you're bleeding and you've had negative tests then this is your period.

Implantation happens 6-12 days after ovulation. It’s also extremely light. If it’s heavy enough that it appears to be your period then it’s your period.
