Hi everyone, i hope you are all doing great!

So i have a quick question, my fiance and I have been trying to conceive for about 2-3 months now. I was supposed to start my period on the 11th aug... Its the 15th meaning I'm 4 days late (going on 5). I do not have any pregnancy symptoms except for the late period, a bit of acne and very slight nausea every now and again. So my question, do you think it's possible that I might be pregnant or just a general missed period?

Has anyone had a pregnancy with little to no symptoms othet than missed period?
