Strong cramps at night
Hi ladies. 30 weeks tomorrow.
I’ve been getting on and off (not every night) woken up by strongggg cramps that feel like trapped gas in my abdomen. Usually lasts 5-10 mins and i can fall asleep after. Last night, same feeling but super strong cramps in my lower back. Again, it felt like trapped gas or colicky pains. But why in my back ?? After it passes I have no more pains, no contractions, nothing.
Anybody else has this?? Thx!
