That sounds like pelvic floor…. I had this feeling for a while after giving birth (not sex related). Maybe try some pelvic floor exercises?
What is this pain AFTER sex durring pregancy
Pregnant with my third and every single time after my husband and I have sex my vagina hurts and feels like it’s being pulled toward the ground in a dull pulsing pain.
It makes it hard to walk and I find myself feeling better when I sit or lay down. It can be mild to severe but it’s always AFTER we have sex.
What’s causing this? Because I find myself only wanting to have sex at night time when I don’t have things to do because it can completely derail my entire day and plans because I’m in so much pain. Weak pelvic floor maybe?

It might be worth getting in touch with a physiotherapist who specialises in all of that stuff? That’s why I did and I feel like it helped heaps.
Or at the minimum, check YouTube and Google for all different kinds of exercises!

I think so too. Makes me terrified for when the baby gets bigger like am I even going to be able to move because last pregnancy I was in bed and could hardly turn sides or get up without alot of pain and all my doc said was “that’s normal” and “it will probably feel worse now because the third baby is always hardest on the body” but for now it’s only after sex
