When do I count CD 1?

Just had a D&C yesterday, I’m wondering when do I count cd 1, yesterday or first day of bright red blood? Or do I wait until I stop bleeding and bleed again?

I had miscarriage resulting in a D&C too, I was told to refrain from trying till after my first period post miscarriage. It took about six weeks post D&C to get my first period. I counted that as day 1. Best of luck! 💗

You really can’t tell until you have your first normal period. Then, that will be day 1.
