Should I give up?

Long story short, I like a guy I’m friends with, he was briefly attracted to me but he has long since stopped flirting. I’m demisexual and he’s the first guy I’ve ever been sexually attracted to and I REALLY wanna hook up with him in some capacity but I don’t wanna lose him as a friend. Should I just give up entirely?

I think you should definitely talk to him about how you feel first since you said he’s now not flirting back anymore. The conversation won’t ruin the friendship but if you just start making me moves and isn’t into you that way it can effect the friendship.

depends on what you want more and what you are willing to risk losing. if you are willing to lose him as a friend for a chance at a relationship (or whatever). or if you value the friendship enough and aren’t willing to risk it, then don’t tell him.
