Eptopic pregnancy

I took a test yesterday morning and got a faint line and then one that evening and it was a little fainter probably cause it was diluted. Today I have pretty bad side pain and I can’t figure out why because I know I drink enough water. I don’t want to say I’m pregnant Because the test wasn’t super positive but has anyone else had anything like this?
