6 wpp, sex at 4wpp

I had my baby at 34 weeks, via emergency c-section, hormones got the best of me and me and hubby did the deed, now 2 weeks later I can't eat with out being nauseous the smell of diaper rash cream makes me sick. My question is how dangerous is it to get pregnant( we are not trying) so soon? Is it even possible?
