My LO is 5 months old. She is not sleeping well for naps at all. Night sleep isn't a problem but the last couple weeks she has been struggling hard with napping and requires contact naps but it's really getting in the way of me being able to take care of my 4 year old and chores. I've tried baby wearing and she will only sleep for 30 mins if my 4 year old isn't too loud. I am really at a loss. How do you all do it with multiple kids and a baby that requires contact naps? She used to sleep in her crib for naps, the morning she would sleep 1h30 mins and the other 2 naps at least 30 mins if not longer. Now the past week or so as soon as I put her down she screams or wakes after 10 mins. What am I doing wrong? She also won't nap on the go so I can't even get her to nap in the car or stroller. I feel so bad for my 4 year old 💔.
