a few months ago, my partner was watching a jackass movie when the kids came in.

Ever since, one of the kids (10) wanted to see one of the jackass movies...

I've been telling them (partner and kids) that it's not suitable for them..

today.

my partner gave in..

I told them.. it's not suitable.. but whatever.. They're my stepkids. he's their father.. the kids wanted to see it.. father gets the final say..

so the movie is on.. and.. this is important..

we don't speak English and my stepson, though 10, doesn't do the effort of reading subtitles.. so most of the time he doesn't even know what's going on.

so halfway the movie.. it's like 40 minutes in..

stepson is like.. this isn't real, right.. nobody would approve this, right? there have to be like safety measures in place, right?

partner is like "no, it's real"

stepson: so you're saying that's real blood and real puke... oh no.. no.. no... why didn't you tell me this movie wasn't suitable for me? You shouldn't have allowed me to watch this!

I'm dead.. told him like 100 times.. it's not suitable for him..
