Time of taking temperature in the morning question
I woke up 15 minutes earlier than normal this morning and did my temp, then thought it might not be accurate as it wasn’t the same time as I usually take it. Do you just use the first temp anyway? I laid in bed and didn’t move or anything just waited 10 minutes and took my temp again. It was higher than the first temp I took, but I just used the first temp of the morning anyway and it’s showing a bit of a dip, is this normal?
