I have a low grade fever. Would you go to that hospital for something like that?

I would take Tylenol and monitor it. If it didn't go away after a day, I'd call into my OB

No. That would be am extreme waste of emergency room services. If you really feel you need to be seen then make an appointment with the primary or your OB. I just gotta say from your comment about it only being around 99 it's not really a fever. The only thing they will tell you is to take Tylenol to lower your temp and to stay hydrated. I've had a fever of 102.7 and that's about all you can do to bring them down.
