Ovulation

Hi everyone,

My bbt has detected ovulation however, I have not got a peak result opk’s, I have not even had a high result, my levels haven’t gone above 0.30

Should I ignore my bbt chart and assume I have not ovulated?

Any advice is welcome

I’d trust bbt over OPKs. Can you post your chart?

The dotted line means it’s not sure. So keep temping. Also taking your temps at different times in the morning (the triangles) makes the data less reliable.
