Why is my Lh going back up already?

My boobs have been sore since the first peak day, so I was assuming I did ovulate but now it’s going back up? So am I about to ovulate or did I already?

opks aren’t supposed to be used throughout your cycle. Opks only determine the surge before ovulation occurs and it doesn’t confirm ovulation. 12-48hrs after your initial positive opk is when ovulation should occur. If you want to confirm ovulation you have to use bbt.
