Is my wife lying?

Back story: we separated back in May for a bit and she let me know that she has a little crush on a girl at work because she’s giving her the attention I’m not giving. And she thinks she’s cute. We got back together.
I went on my wife’s computer to print something off and a message from someone popped up. Screenshots below. 
My wife got her coworker to give a girl her number. I had told my wife 3 days ago that I wasn’t happy and May want to separate but I wanted to talk to my therapist before making a decision. During that time is when she gave her her number, she states she did it “because she knew I was going to leave her”. She swears up and down that she just wanted to be friends and that she doesn’t have a crush on her anymore. That she just wanted another friend in the gay community. She’s calling me crazy for thinking there are alternate motives.
Messages with the girl:

NOT PICTURED: the girl replied “what do you wanna know”
My wife said “I wanna know everything lol”
Messages with her coworker about the girl:

She said her and her and her coworkers had a running joke of “ well if y’all don’t work out, you can talk to this girl” and said that’s why she said that.. which isn’t adding up and makes no sense.
Any input would be appreciated!

I mean in fairness you are telling your wife you aren't happy and want to separate... but she definitely didn't waste any time already chatting up her coworker. I think you both need to decide if you are wanting to make the relationship work or if you will go your separate ways

Not sure about the texts, could go either way. What you circled doesn’t jump out at me if there wasn’t trouble in your relationship.
I think you were a little unfair of the choice to separate is only yours. You don’t throw that out there with “I haven’t decided yet”. That not fair, if I was her I’d be like okay she’s already checked out, it’s over.

It’s not really fair to tell her you want to separate and then expect her to just wait around while you talk to your therapist about separating and not your wife. I don’t really get why it matters what her intent was here when you told her you’re leaving her.

I mean, the texts seem innocent enough but what matters is you are not comfortable and she needs to respect that.
