Spotting during ovulation?

Ever since I got my IUD out months ago, I’ve had spotting and cramps mid cycle, around the time around ovulation. Never experienced this before. Is it normal?

I think I spotted a couple times during ovulation. More so just pain. I had my IUD out the 12 of this month and I'm still trying to figure out when I'm supposed to ovulate or for AF to come. I haven't found any info online. Baby dust to you!
