How much do you spend on groceries ?

I live in WA state, at the moment it’s just me and my partner living at home. I do the shopping. I’m 21, this is our first time living on our own having to get groceries for ourselves. I spend no less than 250 on groceries. Sometimes 300 depending on where i go. & that usually last 5-6 days😭 i do make breakfast lunch and dinner with the groceries. Just curious how much others are spending weekly/monthly & any tips to get it to last longer/cheaper.
